As the mother of a child with autism and sensory processing challenges, I've seen firsthand how a simple walk along the garden path, stopping to look at flowers, or checking on the plants can make a difference. In this post, I share how we use our garden as one of the tools in Logo's toolbox for self-soothing and regulation, along with research exploring the connection between nature, gardening, and well-being.
